About Wine

Characteristics

This fresh, aromatic, harmonious and soft wine with a straw yellow colour, green reflection, plenty of fruit flavours (green apple) and floral bouquet develops relatively high extracts and sugars in the vineyards of Erdut, due to which it may bloom, in some years, into lovely high quality wine. Its bitterness and minerality provides this wine with the distinctiveness of the Danube region.

It goes well with a wide range of meat meals and fish and it is often drunk with a local specialty called fiš-paprikaš (fish stew).

Best served at temperatures between 10 and 12°C.
